Job description:
To be responsible, under the supervision of the Business Manager or Leasing Manager for marketing, leasing, & pre-leasing of apartment homes. Coordinate move-in information forms & resolve resident issues/concerns as necessary. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1) Meet/greet future residents in a professional/enthusiastic manner. 2)Qualify future residents by determining their needs, eligibility & desirability. 3) Take future residents on community & apartment tours. 4) Have complete knowledge of the apartment community & competition in the area. 5) Be able to provide information concerning selling points of the apartment home. 6) Provide marketing reports as designated. 7) Complete move in paperwork. 8) Inspect community, models & vacants.
